Pediatric Templates
Established Library
TriMed has a well established library of pediatric templates ready for reviewing, editing (if desired) and putting to use immediately. These templates are ready to go, or could be customized depending on the needs of your practice and providers.
Sick & Well Templates
Because Sick and Well Visits are so important to a pediatric practice we have designed templates for each occasion. Like other templates, they can be edited and manipulated to suit you.
Fully Customizable
If you haven’t guessed already, every single one of our templates are customizable. You have the ability to edit as you see fit, or if you don’t like what you see, we will be more than happy to work with you to build a new one from scratch. We believe that note templates are the heart of the EHR and we are willing to listen to new ideas and make new changes in order to make them as useful as possible.
Customized for Age
Well templates can be customized for age appropriateness. We recognize that all Well Visits are not the same. Templates can be customized to suit a specific age of a patient and can take into account things like developmental screenings and anticipatory guidance.
When working on a Note Template...
Template Workflow
Never have to leave a template before completing a visit again. The template follows your workflow so perfectly that many of our client's never leave a note while with a patient.
Family History
Note templates are smart enough to dynamically pull a change to family history for one sibling across to all other siblings. This allows a provider to enter in relevant data once for a single family.
Immediate Growth Chart Percentiles
As vitals are entered onto the note, Growth Chart percentiles become visible on the template immediately. No need to flip to another screen to see this data. It is all pulled onto your note for you.
Patient Education
Patient Education can be customized for each template. Whether it is a Newborn or a 12 year old visit, the template will automatically grab the correct packet to give the patient at the end of the visit.
