Family/Guarantor Based

One of the unique attributes of TriMed’s Practice Management system is that a practice can be setup to cater specifically towards families. In the case of pediatrics, we understand the need to link and incorporate families whether that be for billing purposes or clinical needs. Our Family/ Guarantor based system allows staff to easily manage parent-child relationships as well as sibling relationships.

Patient ← → Guarantor

All patients are tied to a guarantor. This makes contacting and billing a parent rather than a child easy and automatic.

Easily Move Between Sibling Accounts

The PM makes it incredibly easy to switch back and forth between sibling accounts. While viewing one sibling simply click a button to see another sibling's information.

Easily Switch and Modify Guarantor

If the guarantor for a patient ever changes we can easily make this switch. No data will be lost in this transition and when the change is applied the patient immediately has a new guarantor. You also have the flexibility to easily edit or modify guarantor information along the way.

View Family Balances

When Mom and Dad need to know how much they owe the practice, we do not want you scrambling to gather a total balance across multiple patients. Instead, view the the whole family balance all in one location.

Quickly Copy Demographic Information Between Family Members

You should not have to enter data multiple times. Have demographic information that pertains to other family members? In PM simply copy demographic information between family members. This saves time, frustration and most importantly updates information for all family members.

Manage Single Portal Account for all Siblings

Logging in to multiple portal accounts and remembering multiple usernames/passwords is a thing of the past. Be at ease directing your patients to the Patient Portal with the certainty that they will have an effortless experience logging on and managing patient information.

Multiple Contacts for Patients

Because you can never be too sure who might bring a child in for an appointment, we have an easy way to manage unfamiliar faces. Whether it is grandparents, stepparents or caregivers we think this information is valuable. In the PM you can manage multiple contacts for patients so that families feel the flexibility to have loved ones bring in a child for necessary reasons.
