Clinical Tools that Assist you While Working

Our clinical tools give you all the help you need while completing
your everyday tasks.

Family Charting

We understand the importance of seeing multiple family members as quickly and efficiently as possible. With family based charts we allow you to complete multiple visits as smoothly as you would a single patient visit. One of the ways we allow you to do this is by giving you the ability to view multiple charts simultaneously. Also, our family system is centered around having a common guarantor which allows the system to keep information up-to-date across multiple siblings. Family based charts also mean simplicity when filling out patient forms, and easily managed portal for patients.

Growth Charts

TriMed offers growth charts that are easy to read and packed full of specific information for each individual patient. We follow the CDC and WHO Standards and support both the metric system and imperial system. We also have the ability to allow the user to easily see the value of a growth chart plot on the note without having to open up the graph itself.

Pediatric Templates

After years of working with pediatric offices we can proudly offer templates that we are certain to pertain to your pediatric needs. We have a well established library of templates that you can choose from and then decide whether or not to further customize. We have templates that are designed for Sick and Well visits as well as the ability to customize for age specific scenarios. All of our templates are capable of dynamically pulling family history from one sibling to another and automatically select and print the correct Patient Education to hand to the patient upon completion of a Note.

Well Visit Reminders

Keep your patients up-to-date with Well Visit Reminders. TriMed offers a standard well visit schedule based on EPDST (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment). This standard schedule can be altered based on the needs of your practice and patients. You can also set up recall reminders in the form of letters, emails and/or text messages to remind patients of well visits.
