Patient Portal
Patient Portal is designed with mobile in mind. Your patients can access the Portal from their phone or tablet without having
to download yet another app. It works seamlessly across all devices and devices of all sizes.

Centered around the Family
Our Patient Portal can be uniquely setup around the needs of a family. Families can set up a single Portal account
that will encompass each family member. This means that Mom can log into one account and have access to all her children’s
health information. Rather than having to login to multiple accounts to see each child’s information she has one place
to go to fill out forms, refill prescriptions, send a doctor message, or book multiple appointments. She can also give
access to other individuals who need access to this information. She gets to decide what information these individuals
can view and what actions they can take regarding each individual child.

Highlighted Mobile Portal Features
Everything that patients can do in Portal on a desktop, they can also do on an iPhone or tablet. Some of these features are extremely beneficial
when patients can access them anytime on a mobile device.

Insurance
Patients have the ability to take a picture of their insurance card with their phone or tablet and upload it straight into the Portal.
We capture both front and back of the insurance card and send it to the PM for verification purposes. This is a time saving way for
you to have the patient’s most up-to-date insurance information.

Book Appointment
Patients have the ability to book an appointment from the comfort of their mobile device. We recognize that the need to book an
appointment may come suddenly and urgently and with this feature at their fingertips they can book and cancel appointments with ease.
With the simplicity of online booking, we also hope to cut down on calls to and from your practice.

Messaging
People are sending and receiving messages all day long. We have made it easy for you and your staff to engage with patients
with the use of patient messaging. Patients can send and receive messages from your office, and with the ability to respond
on a mobile device they can do so whenever is convenient for them. This increases the number of responses and decreases
the amount of incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Rx Refill
Patients also have the ability to quickly send a prescription refill request from their phone. Running out of a prescription
can be stressful and remembering to refill a prescription can add to the stress. With this capability, patients can request
refills on the go and not have to add this to the list of things to worry about.

Documents
When a document is sent to the Portal the patient will receive a text message and they can click the link on their phone to log straight into
the portal to see the document. They will be able to view the document straight from their phone.
